• Mr Eric

  I am honored to be the on-site owner of the Avon Lake Goddard School. Our goal here is to create happy and confident learners through a fun, loving, and nurturing learning environment. Welcome to our school!

• Miss Melissa

  Miss Melissa has been with the Goddard school for 19 years and is a proud mother of two Goddard Graduates. Her goal is to help create the best environment for teachers to create happy, confident learners who are ready to move on to their next chapter. In Miss Mel's free time, you can find her on the sidelines watching her kids compete in sports, or out playing sports with her family.

• Miss Robin

  Miss Robin started with us in 2020 as a health and safety coordinator, then spent some time with our toddlers. Now you can find her as our closing office manager. She is a busybody who is always looking for things to do to help. Miss Robin is so kind and cares for all the teachers here at school and not just her daughter, Miss Jillian.

• Miss Allyson

  There is no end to Miss Ally's creativity, she is always impressing us with her skills and organization and her classroom often has new and engaging centers for the kids to explore. She has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and loves to spend time crafting, reading, and playing games.

• Miss Bailey

  Miss Bailey is so kind and nurturing. She is willing to help out in any way needed and loves spending time with the kids. She has been with us since August 2022. We look forward to watching her career bloom as the years go on. When she is not at school she enjoys spending time shopping and watching movies.

• Miss Becca

  Miss Becca has been with us since August 2018. She is so sweet and patient and has a very calm demeanor which makes her the perfect fit with our infants. When she is not multi-tasking here at school she enjoys doing yoga, reading, and spending time with her family.

• Miss Fallon

  Miss Fallon is a great addition to our teaching staff. She is sweet and eager to learn. She started off as a floater and earned herself a full-time position with our Mightly Minnows who continue to keep her on her toes. Miss Fallon enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and shopping.

• Miss Imani

  Miss Imani is the teacher that everyone wants to work with! She is a sweetheart who loves snuggling with the babies. She is always coming up with fun footprint projects for the little ones. Outside of school, Miss Imani loves photography, being outside, and reading.

• Miss Jillian

  Miss Jillian has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University. We have been blessed that Miss Jill has been flexible working with many different age groups over the years. She has been with the school since August 2019. She just got married this past summer and has been enjoying being a newlywed. She loves Cleveland sports and hanging out with friends and family.

• Miss Kaitlyn

  Miss Kaitlyn has been with us since October of 2021 and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Education while working here full time. She is very creative and is always willing to help in any way. She enjoys camping, crafting, and spending time with her husband and dog.

• Miss Megan

  Miss Megan has been with our school since October of 2021. She started off with the one-year-olds and has recently moved up to teach our two-year-old class. She has a huge heart and is a dedicated teacher and friend. She enjoys watching movies and spending time with her friends and family.

• Miss Samantha

  Miss Sam started with the Goddard school in July 2021 and has been a toddler teacher ever since. If she is not teaching kids here at school she is at home spending time with her daughter Ellianna who she hopes will be a Goddard Graduate down the road. Right now she is in our infant room.

• Miss Mallory

  Miss Mallory does a great job as a float teacher for us. She is always willing to go wherever needed. She loves spending time with her family, taking trips, and playing Euchre.
